Get the rooms the walls enclose with net floor area, gross and construction area (DIN 277 / ISO 9836 style), wall surfaces net of openings for paint, floor tiles with waste, skirting length, room volumes, an approximate average daylight factor and an approximate room heat load, plus furniture collision and clearance checks.
